Protecting Our Planet

Why We Care

Do the right thing
Logistics and transportation is a polluting industry: almost 30% of greenhouse gas emissions in the U.S. come from transportation, and we have a responsibility to acknowledge that and be a part of the solution.

Customer needs
We are in the business of adding value to our clients’ businesses and supply chains, which includes greener supply chains as well. Our customers want and need to understand their carbon footprint to make informed choices.

Environmental regulations are changing worldwide, affecting all businesses. We are challenging ourselves to be ahead of the curve.

What We're Doing

One Tree Planted – Staten Island

One Tree Planted is an environmental charity dedicated to helping individuals and businesses to give back to the environment, create a healthier climate, protect biodiversity and help reforestation efforts around the world by organizing tree planting events and planting trees around the world.

Magnate CARES Coalition members, Abed Medawar and Tracy Munger, attended One Tree Planted’s Jones Woods Planting site in Staten Island to help reach the organization’s goal of 1,300 trees planted in 3 days. They successfully did their part in planting 25+ oak, elm, and maple trees alongside other volunteers. Thank you for battling the rain and cold to support your local community and our planet.

Magnate Worldwide’s CEO, Dante Fornari, and his daughter, Natali, joined SOLVE Oregon to remove bags of litter along the south waterfront of the Willamette River in Portland. SOLVE is committed to restoring and preserving Oregon’s environment by mobilizing the power of volunteers to improve the health and safety of Oregon’s coast, rivers, parks, and forests. Thank you for committing time to take care of your community’s natural resources.

Turtle North America delivers safe, sustainable, and easy crating solutions for valuable artworks as they are stored or shipped. Turtle is the most sustainable climate crate available on the market today. The Turtle’s service life is at least two decades. This means that for over two decades no wooden crates need to be made for artworks, saving more than two trees a year for each Turtle in use. The crate’s insulation can furthermore be recycled after the crate has been written off, so the Turtle’s ecological footprint gets smaller each time it is used.

SOLVE Oregon

SOLVE restores and preserves Oregon’s environment by mobilizing the power of volunteers and partners with the generosity of donors. Across the state, SOLVE brings diverse communities together to improve the health and safety of Oregon neighborhoods and natural areas including our coast, rivers, parks, and forests. Magnate CEO, Dante Fornari, and his daughter, Natali, joined SOLVE to pick eight bags of litter out of Portland’s largest city park, Forest Park. Great work!
