Daniel Para was formerly the President and COO of Seko Worldwide, Inc., a three time recipient of Inc. Magazine’s “INC 500” award, from 1976 to 1997. When SEKO was sold to US Freightways, Inc., Mr. Para’s career continued as the President, CEO, and Group President of USF Worldwide, a division of US Freightways, Inc., from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Para then founded and served as CEO of Concert Group Logistics, LLC., a recipient of Inc. Magazine’s “INC 5000” award in 2007 and a second place recipient of Crain’s Chicago Business “Fast Fifty” award in 2006. Dante Fornari is the Chief Executive Officer of Magnate Worldwide and Member of the Board of Directors. Dante has overall responsibility for the financial and operating performance, strategic development, and long-term vision of Magnate. Prior to Magnate Worldwide, Dante most recently served as Executive Vice President of Global Logistics at OIA Global, a $1.3 billion global supply chain management company. Dante holds a BS in Economics from Rutgers University, and is certified in Executive Finance from Harvard Business School.
Dante is active in his community and supports organizations such as Meals on Wheels, Operation Smile, and Special Olympics of Oregon. He is an active mentor at Portland State University and University of Oregon Sports Product Management School, and was recently appointed to the Oregon State University Supply Chain & Logistics Management Advisory Council.Download PDF
Frank’s career began over 30 years ago in the assurance group of Ernst & Young. Most recently Frank has served as CFO at the private equity firm of Magnate Capital Partners and prior to that was CFO and Director of Administration at the Synergy Companies, Inc. Frank has significant experience in SEC financial reporting matters, presentations to Boards of Directors, mergers and acquisitions, asset dispositions, correction of internal control deficiencies, and debt and capital restructuring. Frank also has extensive experience in other non-financial areas by overseeing the IT, human resource, risk management and other operational departments. Prior to joining CIVC, John worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company advising companies in the areas of merger integration, improving operational efficiency, and growth strategy, and was a member of the corporate strategy and development group at Ameritech Corporation.
